As a fellow true born and raised right here in Maine my whole 40 plus years! This is just beyond rude, judgmental, narrow minded, disrespectful, embarrassing, and pitiful! Do your research and not go over assuming you may have heard or seen and or may have been told. Maine is Maine and already has enough different types of unkind stereo types as is by people who have never visited maine before, if so it wouldn't have been long enough to get an actual a true feeling of maine. Finally, there are those out there who base their information about by news articles, true events that happened in maine, and so on. Like any other states out there people will say and not just in Maine.

This man and everybody in here is understating it if your land or your house or even your child becomes of more value for the greater good like building a baseball stadium they will take everything you own. Some of the residents are just as bad. My welcome to the neighborhood after purchasing my house through realtor and meeting the former owner in person and doing a background check on the property the former owner and the next door neighbor watched everything I moved into the house then teamed up and tried to have me arrested for stealing it from them. She stole her house out of probate but on the records it looks like she inherited it best one stuff I missed on the background check of the property lessons learned. So I rented a house here for a couple of years before I bought and there was people in the neighborhood that was selling much much cheaper but I had seen how they got the property. Florida for register your death only in the state where you were born so there is no way of knowing why the property is vacant unless you are 100% personally connected to that person through blood or marriage sometimes marriage doesn't even matter and the blood has to be direct blood.

Florida is like some other key southern states they are basically tax havens for the wealthier .

It's why i dislike most states of the south . People should see how they do the white poor rural population . Then they try to claim they're christians and will vote against food stamps and stuff . Yet people will still go and vote for them helping them back into the elected offices . I grew up in such a area and in poverty and believe me the Republicans of the states are nothing but con artists . Sure tf are . They'll use the people for votes then toss them to the side until the next election . I have watched our state gut medicaid and everything else . It hits the rural poor folks to and they don't care . Seen it done all of my life . Like in my state for example Republicans always get majority each and everytime . Doctor the voting districts , housing zoning and everything else . Lots of corruption . They don't have funds for schools and Medicaid for example but sure can get the funding for new prisons . Back in the day when i turned 18 i left the South . For several years . The South is misery . I congratulate those who were able to get out and stay away .

Most areas of Florida require a cash amount for things stolen from you and if it's somebody you lived in charge of your house it's literally your fault. So if you're going to the hospital for more than 24 hours even if you own your house completely paid off new risk returning to your house homeless for coppers been stripped off of it or something and there's nothing you can legally do about it most of the time. Here say only press charges on property damage as if crimes over 1400. So at one point I reported an items stolen that was financed I was only allowed to report the amount I had paid up until that point as the items value. They refused to take the report. People in Florida have literally gone to the grocery store and got back and someone had stolen their house transferred all of the deeds into their name and had the homeowner arrested for trespassing. He probably worked very hard to build a life for himself and somebody came in and took it out from under him. Florida has always protected corporations not people. That's why there's no income tax in Florida. That's why there is a law against selling lab-grown meat to protect an industry not the consumer. As if we were all sitting around mouth watering just planning on reading that grocery store when that lab grown Frankenstein meet came out. 😅 And now Florida has become even scarier especially for homestead property owners. With Russia sitting right off the coast in most areas being military areas. It's scary to wonder if they're going to take people's property for their safety. And then just never give it back. One incident real or fake can I have all of the residential areas for miles Mark unsafe for human and then be taken for taxes due permanently later on. Pretending they're doing it for the safety of the resident.
